About these seeds:
The purple Jalapeño plant produces large yields of about 30 fruits and grows to around 35cm tall. The fruits start off as a classic pepper green, then mature from a deep purple then finally to a deep red. They measure in at around 7cm in length and are similar to the ‘Bolivian Rainbow’, the plant will display all three colors at the same time throughout the growing season, so will make a great addition to your home or patio or greenhouse.
Salsa is made from Jalapeño, so what better than a purple salsa! These fruits are also the go to chilli pepper for smoking and drying, and are typically where Chipotle comes from.

Privacy policy
Seed germination takes time, so don't panic! If in winter months, please don't expect fruitful results. The best time to sow seeds in western Europe for plants like this is February/early spring. They can germinate in winter if indoors, but growth rate will be very slow for the obvious fact that it's winter.
